quick start files not installing

Everytime i try to install a quickstart template,i get a There was an error uploading this file to the server.

Please note,this time,i decided to install it on a fresh joomla install and still no luck,the reason i go for quickstart is because i want to get that demo look.See screenshot

How many users have had this issue as well?Can you share how you have dealt with it?Apparently support on forum is invisible.

You can't install becasue you do it wrong. Quick start package has joomla installer inside and you can't install it by joomla. You need to delete current joomla.
