social icons not removable after template update

Hello, impossible to remove the social icons of articles by doing through Template Settings > Features > Social Icon "Off". still after a the last template update (overwrited through ftp). not seen anwer in forum except request of ftp access by PM...

I've just checked issue on latest quickstart and disabled all icons via backend is working. You are trying to exclude categories or disable all icons?
