Program shows in mixed order AND Colour of belt

Dear Sirs
Hardanger Woodenboat Festival, Norway, has happily implemented Your "Event"-theme at our site http://www.trebaat.no.
Still some challenges:
Question 1:
At http://www.trebaat.no/program/oversikt. Which parameter is governing the order of our programposts? Our visitors want them chronological (and it is difficult to deny them that).
Question 2:
May we change the color of the bluish belt on front page http://www.trebaat.no to a greenish one in accordance with the festival's corporate profile? And were do we do that?
