Where to change footer text

Hello,

I choosed this 1.5 one for one small project and figured out everything in joomla 1.5 but this one...
I can't find where to change copyright text in footer and also menu from footer.

I don't have footer menu in my menu manager anymore and it's still there
Also I have footer module in module manager but its empty

any ideas?
