Add icons to the main menu

Hi, I'd like to add to the menu of my website the icons of social networks such as facebook, twitter and youtube, just below the "My Account" button. I've modified the size and the position of this button just to make some space for these buttons, but don't know how to add them now. Here's a picture of the menu:



What do I have to do to add this? Is there actually a module position to add them by default?
