My template current version is 3.15
I did not update my template to versions 3.16 3.17 ....
To update directly my template from 3.15 to 3.20 (jumping versions 3.16, 3.17, 3.18 ...) I just have to download gk_news2_J!3.zip and upload it on Extensions--> Manage.
Correct?

Hi
That's correct, but I remember us working on Your site in the past, so all this work may be lost during update. Try simply test if older version is causing no problems and if not than simply leave it as it is.
