Content not whole Page scrolling...

Hi, me again

so what I would like is that on my page only the content scrolls, but not the whole page. I hope I kake sense here. I had this once done with the sporter template but since I am not maintaining that page anymore I am not sure how it was done.

I replaced the background with a larger Image, so when I go down the page the image moves up, and sooner or later starts to repeat itself. I would like the BG fix and the content scrolling.
