I changed my site language to Spanish, and these 3 strings in the top-right corner of the template are still showing in English.

Any idea of where is that coming from to modify it?

you can also use default Language Override component and you don't have to edit any file.

Just 1 last issue, I'm trying to translate the page title in the registration form because well.. it says Registration form, but I can't find the string in the overrides.

Maybe that's coming from somewhere else?

It might be also Name of menu item, please check Menu Manager.

Yep all solved, I just needed to get to know how Joomla works... it's a bit messy for new users.
