Hi,
good question.
Did you saw such a option in template settings.

...with reference to your question, so if you have not seen this option means that the without editing the template code is nothing you can do in this topic.
Developer forget about that, I suggest to ask for it on FB page.

The Quark template currently uses off canvas menu only. If it will be a more request from our users, we will consider adding the classic menu as an option too.

Well: Me too.
I like the template very much but will not use it often now:
The template will be usable for a lot more websites where owners are not exactly early adopters for new layouts in the desktop view.

Thank you.

Paul

Yep, in right hands this template can be very useful for many kinds of projects.
I heard that soon it will get a gallery feature.

I'd love classic menu too
since some users might miss their's menu hiding inside the button.

Thank you

Hello Dziudek

Some people are not accustomed to this type menu.

A menu that is visible when you do scroll down was very helpful, and more universal...(as the template menu events or Steakhouse)

The template would be much more valuable...

Please consider

Thank you very much

@carloshedzm - the menu has the white bar only if the fixed menu option is enabled. But the white bar will be visible only when you scroll the page below header and scroll up (it works in the same way as the menu at gavick.com).

As I see in the example of the link, the other tabs in the menu appear. I also want to appear in my menu.

I hope I'm not confused.

Greetings and over again thank you very much for your attention.

So in your case the template will always load the mobile view - it starts on the screens smaller than 1040px.

BTW the mobile menu icon is invisible in your layout - please try to change in the layouts/default.php file the following fragment:

Code: Select all
<?php if($this->API->get('show_menu', 1)) : ?>
                 <div id="gkMobileMenu" class="gkPage">
                     <span id="gk-mobile-menu-text"><?php echo JText::_('TPL_GK_LANG_MENU'); ?></span>
                     <i id="static-aside-menu-toggler"></i>
                 </div>
                 <?php endif; ?>

to:

Code: Select all
                 <div id="gkMobileMenu" class="gkPage">
                     <span id="gk-mobile-menu-text"><?php echo JText::_('TPL_GK_LANG_MENU'); ?></span>
                     <i id="static-aside-menu-toggler"></i>

and on my site egstecnologia.com

I can not see the tabs in resolcuión of 1024 x 768

so I was confused
