SEO Theme vs SEO by Yoast

Its theme has fields for seo.
I recommend installing plugin for SEO?
It would duplicate the same?
The loading time of the web would be affected?

Hi,

Please disable theme built in SEO options (Template Options -> SEO -> "Use Gavern SEO Settings" set to disabled) and then you can use other SEO plugins without any issue.
