Need 2nd horizontal menu at TOP, any good one?

1. How can I replace the top main menu with the one in COFFEE (mega menu )? or I can not?

2. Can I add mega menu at "TOP" ? try many version but no luck.

3. Any suggestion for a good horizontal menu I can put at TOP ( 2nd menu ) ?
