Problem Installing the Corporate 2 template update

I am trying to update the Corporate template from version 2.0.12 to 2.0.13 and I am getting the following errors when using the Joomla install.

Template Install: Another template is already using directory: "/home/content/89/7282289/html/tfms2s/templates/gk_corporate2

Install Template Error

Can you tell me the proper way to install the template update using the "gk_corporate2_J!15.tgz" file? I can't easily find the documentation describing the update process and it is not contained in the template documentation.

In every update package you have changelog with list of files which you need to replace via ftp connection in your template installation directory. You need to download update package, unzip and replace (overwrite) listed files.
