Change slider button text

How can I change the button text in the slider? Like "Read more" and "Discover" ?

Please edit your slide subpage and enable Custom Fields (from Screen Options - top right corner).
Now under the content you should be able to see slide_url custom field with the value like:

[Discover now]#1


Please change the button text between [], then your URL instead of #1
