mod_tabs_gk5 doesn't show tabs - quickstart_J!3

I have downloaded and installed the gk_appsprotech_quickstart_J!3 . The tabs in the mainbody do not show up properly - just the uppermost icon and an arrow beneath it. Please see the screenshot attached.
There's an error message, highlighted in the screenshot attached. It reads:
Notice: Undefined index: initial_tab in C:\xampp\htdocs\a\modules\mod_tabs_gk5\helper.php on line 51

How to rectify this issue?

It seems like I have a same problem, but with the league news template. As you can see in below image, several problems have appeared on the page.



I have tried through your suggestion, but failed.

Any advise for it?
