Switch to mobile version doesn't work

Hello. On the mobile, if I switch to desktop version (click on the bottom of the page), after that I can't get back to mobile version because "Switch to mobile version" doesn't work. How could I solve this problem?

Must be something in code. Are You sure You are using the latest version of the template ? Please send me an access to ftp, so I'll try to fix it.

Sorry, I'm not using the latest version of the template, because I'm using Joomla 3.0.3 and I'm not sure if I'm having problems upgrading the template without upgrading joomla too. I send you access to ftp through your email.

I got an answer already. Programmers told me that this problem was fixed and You will have it working correctly after updating template. If You are afraid of an update please make a copy of Your website and try it there. I do not think that You will encounter any problems anyway.
