Hello i have download the Template i will make a shop with virtuamart. I will have the same template in the live demo, are i have Problems with the positions and the optic can me help please

If the site is brand new, please use quickstart instead.
If not - then use this documentation which describes how to setup standard template:

I can Not install the QuickStart in Joomla or is Joomla includet?

QuickStart is a complete Joomla installation package. You need to unzip it, upload to server and run installation of Joomla.
