RELATED PRODUCTS NOT SHOWING UP

Hi

my issue:
in product page not show related product, show only categories (both added) see link and attached picture.

any help maybe ?

Could you check whether the same happen on default Joomla! template like Beez ?

i dont now why ftp dont work for you. last time use my ftp account user normanuk just fine.

i found where is location for related product....when push button košarica (cart) show related product.?!

Did you use any 3rd party plugins? On the 'cart' module you should see only cart. Please only look to cart module configuration, maybe somewhere there the option to show related products is enabled.

hi..

yes..i use face plugins...but this plugin does not create problems.
In cart module seems all ok.
any idea?

Could you show me your cart module configuration? This part shouldn't be in this place. Please also provide me direct URL to some product page, I'll try to validate it using w3c validator.

As you may see there are a lot of problem on your website, first of all there are unclosed DIV tags with class 'jwts_clr' which for sure is not a part of our template or VirtueMart so it is probably a kind of your custom extension. There is also unclosed tag for

which is also not part of our template.

hi..
ok i now for some issue on my page because i use lot of modification....but on original Bikestore template have issue to: http://test.rv-studio.si/index.php/virtuemart/default-layout/triathlon-tt/easton-bmc-detail..
ok page work great for now except base price and related product
so what now...any idea?

Could you provide me access to this clean version of Bikestore? It is impossible to find out what is wrong with this customized version.
