Hi
I cannot see an NSP module at Your site now, so I believe it's disabled or You have used a different module. I think the problem can be with the style of the module. Predesigned styles does not react to every option since they are designed to work only for one purpose and one look. Try using Normal Style which is made to work with every option You can see in module's configuration.

Hi
I'm afraid I was right about the module. It's a predefined style, so the rules from a normal mode does not work here. You can use a Normal Mode so all the options will be accessible, but arrows will not appear sided, but over the module or use a copy of the module under the first one.
