Error JUser: _load and error item car

I'm working on this template, not to Shopping Cart but institutionally.
I have a problem.
I don't know why a message appears at the top is displayed when viewing k2 into categories or items.
"JUser: _load: Could not load the user with 'ID' 389 '
and secondly, on the part of the login (item car) it appears try to fix it but did not know where. This appears on all pages.

I do not know what the second problem is. This looks like some not working plugin or a validation error. Tell me the url to the page I can see this error.
For the "JUser: _load: Could not load the user with 'ID' 389 '" this means that a product or article war created by a user who was deleted, so when we try to show this product/article error displays. Solution is to change author for this element to an existing one.

Please unpublish module in module position "cart", this will remove the button to open cart module in popup.
