whre is the last update 3.18.1 of the template

Hello there, as this page https://www.gavick.com/updates?task=update&id=2458&catid=4 states, there is an update 3.18.1, but when I click the Download link it leads me to a download page, where I choose this file gk_bikestore_J!3.zip because I have Joomla 3.4.5 installed. But when I download the archive and look into the templateDetails.xml file, it says version 3.12.1.
Where could I find the last update?

This must be a typo in version number. In download section You can only find the latest version possible. I'll let programmers know so they will correct it. Thank You for reporting.

Just as I though it was just a typo in packages. Version number changed to 3.18.1 there. Thread can be closed I guess. Thank You for this report.
