Menu item with hover over like login module

Hi,

I am stuck with the following;

I would like to add a menu button similar like the login button.

In this case I want to add a donate button next to the search button (actually in front of the search button).

So when you hover over it, it will look similar like hovering over the login button.

Where can I change this?
