News 2 Forum? Menu error

Hi,
There's no News 2 forum so I'm posting here.

The menu disappears if I scroll down and scroll back up.

The logo is also set as svg but I see a backup of png? any documentation on this?

Thank you for moving my post.

I made the changes but I don't have anything in toolbar enabled so I think that's causing the issue..
