SUBCATEGORY Articles Not Showing in "upper level" categories

Hello,
There are a number of ADMINISTRATION features that are not working in this News2 website.
SUBCATEGORY Articles Not Showing in "upper level" categories.
In the "Main Menu" (in the Menu Manager), in the "Category" features, I specify "All" for subcategories under the "primary" category. However, as shown in the primary category "Ecoculture", the articles in subcategories
, like "Foundations" do not show in the upper level category "Ecoculture"

Could you check whether the same happen on default Joomla! template like Beez ? This is default Joomla view and it shouldn't be template issue.

Hi I have the same problem.
I used beez5 template and all articles (from subcategories) are shown while using gknews don't. So what it is?
