Company logo on the homepage

Hi there,
I have replaced the template company logo with my own. http://www.beautyroomscrosby.co.uk/
The size is 212 x 28 pixels. When I look at my website and the Shop & Buy demo page, I can see that my logo is dropping the top menus a bit.

What is the best size for the logo, so it looks sharp and without blur?
