Registration page

Hi I am a little confused. The registration page in the top menu is linked to # and I cannot find a page with the registration anywhere. How do I create one?

It's only example link. You can change "#" URL from Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menu -> Top menu and Register menu item.

Standard register URL is "wp-login.php?action=register", but you can use your own register page or any plugin, that's why there's only example link.
