WPML makes the backend theme configurator not visible

Hi guys,
WPML multilingual plugin (Last version 2.9.3) once activated makes impossible to see the theme configurator page. if i disable the wpml plugin, the theme configurator page comes back normal.
Any suggestions on how to solve this? i really need WPML since my website is multilingual.

i attached in this post the shopandbuy theme configurator that does not shows anything once WPML is activated.

Hi,

What language is primary/default in your WPML? If it's not english and you don't have backend translation, (template settings are in english) - options are not visible.

The wpml primary language set is italian,
What should i do to make it appear in italian?

You have to translate backend to italian - gavern/config and gavern/options directories, check this article:
