k2 problem

Hi,

Out of nowhere a fatal error occurred in the web by k2

Fatal error: Class 'K2HelperUtilities' not found in .../public_html/administrator/components/com_k2/helpers/html.php on line 56

I'm not even occupying it entirely clear even then and the return does not serve me and get an error

404

Looks like something goes wrong in K2, did you try to reinstall this extension? You get this error always or in some particular pages?

appeared in the home, what I did to restore the site was updated k2, but that did not work there was another 404.
So what I did was:
1 -. Backup files and database
2 -. Delete the configuration.php file
3 -. Upload the folder intallation
4 -. Reinstall joomla all start with the same database and the same database

Was ok and running but with the template files by default

. 5 - Restore the database

and Done! :laugh:

Probably there was an easier way - download K2 extension and install again using extension manager
