JSON file

Hi,
I want to make a change in my site. I would like to change the theme of simplicity in to the Box theme but I see that I need the JSON file . Where I can find it?

It's XML file with the demo content, but JSON file with theme settings is not necessary (and can't be used, because Box theme isn't based on GavernWP framework)
