Nowadays, there is no reason not to perform backups of our data (at least of the most important stuff). The cost of USB sticks and external drives are coming down, and free cloud-based services which are simple and safe to use are becoming more and more common.
These various forms of storage providers all use the storage medium as a deal card in the conquest of new users. Some of these offer features differentiating themselves from the others. In the case of Zoolz, for example, once signed up you immediately are allocated 4 GB, and this value may grow up to 20 GB as you invite new users to the service. Also, those with a Facebook account can be authenticated with it (resulting in a very quick registration process).
Zoolz is a cloud storage service which offers the following features and functionality:
- company assurance of information security
- ability to view and share files, photos and music from Facebook, iPhone and iPad
- ability to post photos to Facebook directly without the need to re-upload
Once the PC Zoolz app has been installed, the procedure is quite similar to that offered by the Dropbox service.
Zoolz is a good solution amidst similar services. It provides eloquent integration to Facebook, including authentication, and is available not only for Windows but also for the iPhone and iPad. (We wonder whether an Android version can be far behind?)
